The product is definitely an extremely "relaxed" fit (bordering on a little too baggy), so plan to spend a pretty good amount of $ for alterations, unless that's what you're looking for. I usually wear a 42 in suits and 34 in pants, and I probably should have ordered a 40 for the jacket. Still a very good deal for a casual suit if you're prepared to pay for the alterations.
