They first sent it out right away and when the ups ended up misplacing it they went back and checked on my package. We ended figuring out it was misplaced and now it’s on its way. The shoes were 100% as described and packaged nicely. I would also say I definitely got a deal on these for what they are worth, and besides the shipping mishap they ended up coming perfectly in time and was definitely worth the wait!
