I was afraid of breaking them when I straightened them. The packaging was very good, so I believe they didn't bend during transit. Rather, the seller bent the posts, though I don't know for what reason. These earrings were a gift for a friend; the day I received them, I gave them to her. I hope she doesn't think they were used.
