    This sewing machine arrived on time and in good condition. The listing said "new open box" but there were signs that this machine is used. The power cord was tied in knots in two places and taped to the box with packing tape. The foot pedal cord was similarly poorly packed and looks used. Pieces from the accessories were missing: bobbins, extra needles, threader, and screwdriver. I will not buy from this seller again.

    I put the shoes on a gentle cycle wash prior to attempting to go walking in them. They completely fell apart. This is the first time I’ve ever seen a shoe disintegrate from being washed. Even though it was listed as “No return”, I left the seller a courtesy message before leaving this feedback..to which they replied and asked me “What was I expecting them to do?”…Lesson learned for me to never order “No return” items(although I only ordered because of the price). Just giving a public heads up!

    buyer put perfectly good shoes in washing machine without verifying machine washable, then blamed me. i refunded sale price less shipping just to try to appease. I asked what they expected, i never heard a reply. lesson learned, people dont take responsibility for their own actions.
