    There was a problem with the delivery and ACTOOLSHOP immediately sent an e-mail asking why the delivery failed. The problem was that UPS wanted $49.00 to cover the tariff from India. I refused the package and ACTOOLSHOP immediately issued a refund. Excellent customer service I will most probably deal with them after this tariff foolishness ends. Don't understand, our President said the tariffs would not be paid by the U.S. customers!!

    Good communication, item as specified in description. This is a product we would not use on a regular basis so it offered good value for money. Arrived in good condition but the packaging could have been more robust as box was split on arrival but the item had been very well wrapped inside so was un marked. The quality looks good but has not been used yet.
