    I received the item in a good box, but I am not 100% satisfied. I was expecting a graphic card as described ‘’Near New’’ but it was used and full of dust. I don’t believe it was refurbished. To me refurbished is at least remove the dust and replace the thermal paste on the cpu, but nothing of that. The card looks like it was removed from an old computer used in a dusty environment.
