I ordered watch with white face as birthday gift.Item took 1 week nearly to arrive. Wrong item sent was sent watch with black face,which was not wanted or ordered.Seller tried to offer miniscule refund to get me to keep it. I Informed seller it was a birthday gift and item was not what I ordered and wanted to return it, but seller refuses to resolve issue.

The overall quality feels cheap and nothing like what was advertised. The return process has been incredibly slow, and it’s taking far too long for them to even accept the return. I still
