It comes from an estate where I do not believe it was ever run except for testing. We tested it on our Kato 15" radius test track using an NCE throttle and it ran very well. Address is 03. All functions worked as expected. The Athearn mini controller has never been opened. We recommend using a full featured DCC throttle. Extra parts and Athearn manual included. Please see pictures.”
