Rain mac arrived with a button missing on the hood which attaches the hood to the jacket. This was not mentioned in the ebay advert or shown in the accompanying photos either. I sent photos to the seller and suggested refunding £5 as i woiuld have to buy button(s) and sew it on but the seller then became threatening and said i would be reported to ebay. It’s standard ebay procedure to offer partial refunds for goods not as described. Coat otherwise in good condition so did not want to return it.

1. No photos were provided.
2. No damage to coat; goods are always checked before posting.
3. She clearly threatened me: “partial refund me or I’m leaving negative feedback”. Avoid selling to this person. It’s a scam. She refused to return item. I've reported her to eBay for violation of policy. Also blocked from buying anymore goods.
