    I had purchasen the "Cela Creme Rose" body lotion at such a great price and I was looking forward to receiving it as I have been out of it for a while. My package was delivered on time and was packaged well. I was sent proof of delivery, (a photo.) Unfortunately, someone felt the need to steal it before I was able to grab it.
