About this product

Product Information

For courses in Digital Signal Processing. This text opens up completely new vistas in basic analog and digital IIR filter design regardless of the technology. By introducing exceptionally elegant and creative mathematical stratagems (e.g., accurate replacement of Jacobi elliptic functions by functions comprising polynomials, square roots, and logarithms), optimization routines carried out with symbolic analysis by Mathematica , and the advanced filter design software of MATLAB, it shows students how to design many types of filters that cannot be designed using conventional techniques. The filter design algorithms can be directly programmed in any language or environment such as Visual BASIC, Visual C, Maple, DERIVE, or MathCAD.

Tire cover is total JUNK!! Doesn’t even come close to fitting my 19” tire. Seller states will fit 19-21” tires, not even close. Seller sells misrepresented item, they haven’t even tested but opt to take the mfg word that it fits. 2 of us were not even able to make it fit, reached out to seller and they want me to pay for return shipping on misrepresented junk, I don’t think so! I do not recommend this seller at all, Very poor at not making it right with the buyer! A very poor eBay experience!

We've not had any complaints at all about this cover not fitting 19"-21" tires until now. In fact, we've had positive reviews from all buyers of this tire cover. The listing gives detailed description, with photos, on how to measure your tire for fitment and therefore we disagree with your feeling that we misrepresented this item. Furthermore, you stated that we haven't even tested the fitment of this cover which is false. Our listing plainly states that buyer pays for return shipping.
