The item shipped was not new in the sealed box, which is how a "new" item is supposed to be, but an open box item. What I received was an item that someone opened and removed the stickers indicating the left from right legs and one wheel assembly was bagged to protect it while the other was not. The box handle was at the bottom of the box. The manufacturer would not have packaged this so poorly within the box. Seller should have listed this as an open box item not new.
