When I contacted seller three weeks later, they told me that it was shipped by Japan Post with no tracking number, even though they clearly indicated on product page that they always use shipping with tracking number. I asked for tracking # I can use on Japan Post and immediately got refunded. The tracking number I have still doesn't show up on either USPS or Japan Post. I wish there was a proof they sent item.
