The seller was very responsive, allowed me to ask questions, and made me feel comfortable purchasing sight unseen. The bike is better than in the pictures, and is a dream to ride. I highly recommend this seller and their items, Shipping was fast and I live in Alaska, it was more expensive to ship up here but not too much. I am going to ride this bike in beautiful places and am very grateful to have done business with honest business people .
