Despite the part not working as expecting, OEMResale attempted to troubleshoot once all possible issues were ruled out, a refund was issued. So although I didn't get the answer I was looking for and my washer arm doesn't function properly, OEM Resale did the right thing and quickly refunded my purchase and sent me on my way to search for another resolution.
