There was a chip on the lambs ear.

I don't understand your reasoning for neutral feedback when the chip was accurately identified in the description and photos. The chipped ear was even present for a repair to be made. Your purchase price was less than 80% of the retail price for such a piece and the defect is hardly noticeable. I'm just baffled by your expectations.
