Part is used, however, not tested prior to sale. Part was installed and the electronic portion of the module was immediately faulty causing multiple MILs on dash and no P/S. Installed a different component and flushed brake fluid again with no issues. It has taken nearly a week to hear back from the supplier as to whether or not this return can be processed. It should be noted that this component does not require reprogramming after install.
