I purchased the Logitech G933, and it arrived quickly in perfect condition with great packaging. However, I received the wrong model (Logitech G633) instead. Upon contacting the seller, they asked for photos of the item and packing slip, which I sent. Unfortunately, I received no response for several days. I ended up returning the item for a refund. I hope the seller improves their customer service in the future.
