We can only apologise for the issue. Our standard courier refused the item due to the weight so it needed a pallet delivery which is significantly more expensive. Extortion comment seems a little absurd. Calculating postage for car parts is not an exact science and we try to keep our postage down as best we can but on this occasion there was a small charge.
