    The item arrived broken. The velcro from the lid is completely detached (see photo)

    This item arrived exactly as advertised. From the ad for this item. "They all have their original Velcro clasp still inside, but due to the glue being 25+ years old they may dislodge when open and can be reglued or replaced easily.". It's unreasonable to assume a piece of velcro glued in 1997 to plastic would still hold up as new 28 years later.
