Sellers eBay sent me a deal that I accepted. Deal was then cancelled without any contact at first and had to go through the refund process rather than attempting to work it out. Seller claimed eBay sent the offer out on its own.

That is exactly what happened. We discussed the issue. why would I send an offer below the price of what you had originally even asked? It was a total glitch and I hope eBay can remove this feedback. I’ve never had this happen before and buyer wanted to take advantage of a problem with eBay’s system.
