I emailed them three times trying to get the correct address to send it back to them. I asked if it was the address on the label on the box? They never got back with me. So I ended up mailing it back to the address that was on the box. I hope I sent it to the right place because they are not responding. Very difficult to work with. I will never order anything from them ever again. Extremely dissatisfied with the product and their non-communication.

This sadly is blatantly false. On May 25th a rep was in contact with you through eBay to assist and present 2x options, either going through the manufacturer of the product, or through us, whichever you preferred in terms of learning how to use your new product. We never heard back from you.
