The seller described the product mostly appropriately. They described an issue with the zoom function and communicated very well about the issue, but my camera also came with a large piece of debris in the lens that may have came from the packaging or maybe it was there all along I’m not sure. It was easy to clean out because it didn’t make it too deep into the lens but it was a little scary to turn on the camera and see a paper like material in the lens. Either way the item was great. A+ SELLER

Unfortunately there was a defect in the product missed by the seller, however I feel it was an honest accident. Receiving, communication throughout, return, and refund was spot on. I would not be afraid to buy from this seller again.
