I purchased 9 items and only 5 did not have damage. She called saucers salad plates, which they are not.I requested a partial refund and seller insisted I return everything which is very inconvenient and I wanted to keep the 5 'good' pieces. She should have inspected the items carefully before listing. Very disappointing purchase and a headache all around. Will not purchase from her again.

I immediately offered her a full refund. She insisted I give her a discount about 6 times over 4 days. I feel harassed as a ebay seller we are not obligated to give discounts. I tried my best to give her a full refund since day one and the 6 times she messaged me after. The plates were priced very low, it was a great deal already and I offered a full refund from day one and everyday after. I made a mistake and was willing to give full refund for it. This is my 1st bad review as you see
