Sphero was misadvertised. Sold me a Sphero Bolt, shipped me a Sphero SPRK. I tried to work with the seller to avoid having to ship it back. Seller was not helpful and took no responsibility for the mistake. I ended up shipping it back for a refund. Bought from someone else

This is not true. We did ship the wrong item by mistake but you are an international sale. eBay covers all international returns on my behalf so I am unable to do anything. You were refund in full by eBay. I had no choice in the matter because it was an international order.
