Not the best quality of item. Super stiff and will have to be heated to actually be able to use. Seller non-responsive to emails requesting cancellation because of previous issue with other item in the order and shipped item anyway.

Item was dirty and damaged, so was either a defective second or just a poor quality item, but either way, it was not clean. Seller sent a return label prompty, but have yet to receive a refund and seller is now non-responsive to messages.
