    Thank you for making this fan kit! My Ryobi doesn't overheat in 2 minutes anymore. Not bad for a $13 fix. Just saved me from buying a different whacker. Nice sturdy 3D printed construction. I did make a small alteration on it. I just drilled out the 3x thru holes slightly larger for the bolts to slip thru. Other than that, fits perfectly.

    Good: Fast shipping, product as described Not good: Did not work. Controller fan attached easily, but the overheating problem continued. It is not good that the big battery tool companies make such terrible string trimmers. Guess you have to buy a "sounds like deal."

    Item was as described, proper screws were also provided... Weed trimmers now runs through 3 batteries in a row without shutting down due to overheating of the control module. Late delivery was not this vender's fault... just USPS being USPS.... Vender covered with a second unit after we waited about 10 days. The second unit arrived 2 days after the first unit finally arrived. My 'refusal' of that delivery got it returned at no charge to me. Thanks PSD!!
