Hat is great, and arrived well-packaged (positive feedback) in a new, unused USPS Priority box that was then disguised with a black plastic bag (negative feedback). Using USPS Priority packaging without paying for Priority shipment is an abuse of USPS money, and is a crime.
I contacted the seller about their illegal use of USPS Priority packing, and I got blown off. I think that a crime + getting blown off by the seller receive the heaviest weighting, so overall feedback: negative.
