Seller offers discount, but ONLY if I purchase more items. Requested partial refund instead. Seller first ignored, then refused request, then stops responding. Reported to eBay, who reviewed our conversation, confirmed everything, agrees with partial refund. eBay opened a claim. 7/8, finally got partial refund.
