I received the B & D floor sweeper in new condition. However the battery when fully charged would only last about 3 minutes of run time or less. The item was 2019 manuf. I just ordered a new lithium ion battery for $10 delivered from an online store. Most likely it's not the seller's fault the battery was a dud. It is what it is I suppose.
