They are plastic but may have some celluloid I am really not sure. There is one pair of white bar ones, a parasol, a bonnet, birds, bow, scissors and more. Most have the metal back. One has an elastic and two have a metal bar. These are very nice, very rare and hard to find some of these, very cute novelty ones. Get them while they last. A great addition to anyone's collection.”
