They offered a free 14 day return but upon attempting to return it they stated they didn't have a carrier to process a return label and wanted me to pay. First, why are they selling in the USA and offer free returns and second they kept insisting we pay for the shipping return. Ultimately I didn't back down knowing ebay would give the entire refund but they finally stopped making excuses and refunded the purchase...and let us keep the stylus because indeed the shipping would have cost more

You order the stylus, when you receive it you find your old stylus, open a return case and said hahaha. In fact, this is your fause, not mine! I finllay refund you and don't need you to return back, now a few days later, you leave me a negative feedback?!! You got the stylus for free, while I lost about 40$. I am just a small seller, I don't have cooperated shipping company in your country, why you siad I find excuse, i also siad I cound sent you the money to buy the shipping lable!!
