Sadly the Mugen Power LG V10 battery I was sent was swollen and it got worse when charged, enough to pop the also supplied back cover off of the phone. However, on raising the issue, I was automatically sent a return address label, which is something I guess, but what a faff. At least it won't cost me anything as the postage was free. All in all, I have given a positive.
