ho pagato l'IVA ad ebay. quando il pacco è passato in dogana italiana fedex ha dovuto pagare nuovamente l'IVA, inoltre sull'importo totale già Ivato. ho pagato a fedex questa IVA, con anche i diritti amministrativi. quindi alla fine ho pagato 2 volte l'IVA, di cui una anche maggiorata. Ebay mi sta ora rimborsando l'IVA pagata inizialmente. ma io ho pagato di più a fedex a causa dell'errore. Questo errore avverrà sempre in casi simili. Dovete rimediare. comprerò su amazon, lì questo non succede.

Seller sent the wrong item in the wrong size. When I contacted the seller about it, they were apologetic and nice but it took them a week to respond. They sent the correct item a week after that, but updated me with tracking the day of arrival. I wasn’t home and someone stole the package so I never got it. Customer service is not bad but I wish they had sent the correct item to begin with so I didn’t lose out on $150.
