Abysmal. Probably the worst experience I've had from a seller in twenty years as an eBay customer, outside of downright crooks. Things go smoothly I'm sure you'll be fine with them, but should they go awry, forget it, you've got more chance of getting a decapitated head resolved. Only advice I can give you is avoid like the plague, avoid like Devonshire water.
