I have paid a total of $33 for shoes that I cannot wear. The seller is refusing a refund says they will not accept them back. And eBay is saying because I did not found my appeal correctly. I could not get my money back. Beware of seller.

The shoes were listed correctly and matched what was listed and pictured. I offered this ebayer a partial refund and keep the shoes or she could pay the return shipping and I would fully refund her when they arrived. Maybe she wanted to keep the shoes and get a full refund?
