This excellent eBay seller promptly mailed this aerial photo (or perhaps from up on a mountain) for the village of Gmund in the Austrian state of Carinthia (Kärnten). This is a great medieval village in the valley of the Lieser River (actually where the Maltatal flows into the Lieser). We were driving up this valley during the early evening & decided to walk into the village (this is before the freeway was passing the village). We had a great time crossing old bridges, shopping, eating. Thanks!!
