    I purchased the book in "Like New" condition, but it arrived with water damage on the cover, which is visible in the photos I am attaching to this review. The seller refused to issue a refund, citing a no-return policy. They offered a partial refund, but I do not want a book in this condition. I am disappointed with this experience, as the seller misrepresented the condition of the book. I would not recommend this seller based on this situation.

    The seller listed Elvie Stride Plus as a new pump in a sealed box. The delivered pump was definitely used: a lot of grease stains on pump parts, plus the content of the box was randomly and bulky stored inside (not sealed and packed as the manufacturer does). Also, the box "seal" was just a dirty piece of tape. Do not buy from this seller. It is scam.
