    WARNING: Dishonest Seller -Scam I had a terrible experience with this seller. I received a printer in a damaged and non-original soft box with no proper protection.It ruined my property, including other electronics and a rug. When I requested a return, the seller first offered a partial refund, then approved the return. But after the return was completed, the seller falsely accused me of a scam, claiming I switched printers.Avoid this seller at all costs. Try to turn blame on innocent customers.

    Both I and my husband bought Epson printers (15000 & 8550) from this seller — both arrived damaged the same way with bent, opened bottoms. Poor packaging, no protection, clearly tampered with before shipping. When returned, seller lied and claimed different items were sent. Do not trust the fake reviews. This seller is dishonest and should be banned.
