    He was initially offering easy tracking. I stated I'll buy 2 items if you'll use USPS tracking for my order. He agreed. Then he quickly packages my ite.s and sends me an EBAY TRACKING NUMBER! I contact him again. Said it was a mistake. However, I know for a FACT that the machine won't permit a cancelation! He makes sales using deception. In turn he used theft by deception to make a sale!! Stay far away from this seller. See attached screen shots to edify my words.

    Buyers beware! I ordered a banknote from seller, but I was extremely disappointed when he delivered an entirely different note from what I ordered. Another costumer has similar experience with seller (see buyer's feedback). Seller appears to have tendency or deliberately delivering incorrect items with cheaper value. He adds freebies with the delivery, thinking you might keep the incorrect item. Please do not get fooled.
