    This was challenging from the start. The item arrived approximately 12 days after the expected delivery date posted for the product. When it arrived the box had some damage nothing major but I sent the seller pictures. After opening it up I was not pleased to see that it was used. It was listed as new. The seller was very responsive and quickly did a refund after I sent the pics from the post office. I would purchase from them again after verification of condition and shipping time.
