It was shipped from Canada, not China as stated which was a welcome surprise as it arrived quickly and there were no duty costs. A couple of concerns the motherboard's serial number was blacked out (I have photos), and the header fan did not supply any power as it should. Other than that it works fine. This caused quite a delay in setting up the system, as it could not be wired like the motherboard that it replaced.
