Who buys an old beat up laptop? i did, only because my local guy could not, would not fix my old one, which originally cost about £500! So, it was cost effective to buy another, with NO hard drive (plug & play) no power supply, non working keyboard etc. & swap out the good bits, battery, power supply, keyboard & hard drive. I negotiated a fair price for this with the dealer, it arrived fairly quickly in substantial UPS packing. What's not to like about 'rush reselling' ?
