Lies. Buyer left negative feedback without communicating at all. I offered a refund and a replacement and buyer refused. Buyer also has not provided a photo of damaged wrench, despite claims. In 20 years, I've never had negative feedback until this buyer. Coincidentally, they bought my cheapest item and left negative feedback within minutes of delivery. Also "coincidentally", they're in the same small town as a seller for whom I left negative feedback a day before buyer placed this order.
