I have asked the seller if the battery is working and that there are no problems with the phone. The seller said that the phone works great and that the battery works perfectly. The battery is completely destroyed with a green sticker that says "good". Like that's not even remotely fine. I asked for a replacement battery or a refund and the seller completely ghosts me. He lied to me about the product and refuses to reply back. Do NOT buy from this seller, you'll be saving money.

I received the item as expected, NISB. The only problem: it did not have any protection from damage due to handling and shipping. UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS and other carriers can, and do damage shipments from time to time. Proper packing is required to protect items from damage. I got lucky this time, and the box was in excellent condition, and I was able to remove the tape that was directly applied to the box. Avoid tape direct on the box.
