Item was cancelled “item not available/can’t locate” without a personal message or apology. I asked when it would be shipped, greeted with something similar to : if you read listing you’ll see it ships w/in 48 hrs. Just wasn’t kind. Actually rude. Then received cancellation of sale.

item was clearly listed with a 5 day lead time for shipping- buyer asked when it would ship & was told "within 5 days of purchase as listed" ....the I got Covid and closed shop for 9 days ( ebay does not have a "I have a contagious disease with a fever of 102 " reason in their drop down menu) ...so we had to cancel 3 orders..so sorry this buyer felt that was rude -he was notified through ebay immediately up on cancellation and received a full refund as per site policy.
