The items arrived unannounced with a demand for outstanding money with no invoice of justification. The goods were not delivered as i was not available and have nom not yet been delivered. very disappointing as i am still waiting for my steering wheel

You are in South Africa, unfortunately any import duty you need to pay to the courier is beyond my control - you need to reimburse the import duty imposed by your government to the courier who won't release the goods to you until you have re-imbursed them. Its not me the seller or the courier that keeps the import duty tax its your government.
