Looks to use like planned action by unhappy competition. No try to return the item. Just negative comment, which we think was meant to be negative at the time of purchase. Our listing description is very clear: "Recommended cutting method is CNC mill or Dremel tool because the sheet is made from 100% carbon fiber, thus too strong for scissors or punch. Consider buying our ready to use washers if you don't have proper equipment to cut."
