Did offer some help with troubleshooting to confirm it was actually faulty, which was much appreciated. Most of the time, you just have an easy purchase but it is when something goes wrong that is beyond the sellers control that they go out of their way to fix the issue. Buying extra computer memory isn't that easy anyway, and I wasn't even aware that manufacturers change the memory type half way through a production run - despite the computers all having the same model number!! He contacted me personally and talked me through how to check for the correct memory type (I'd ordered the wrong type). Brilliant! So six stars for customer service as well as a good price and quick delivery. Highly recommended.
