The frail plastic pitcher arrived with a crack from the top of the vessel to the bottom. I had to throw it in the trash. The seller’s packaging was totally inadequate. The interior of the cardboard box had no cushioning of any kind—no styrofoam peanuts, no rolled up newspaper, nothing. Any kind of a blow to the exterior of the box was going to shatter the thin plastic pitcher. I am requesting a total refund please.
